  • Reorders must meet a minimum of $300.

  • Orders that do not meet these thresholds will not be eligible for wholesale pricing.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Wholesale pricing will be provided upon approval of your application.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will retain their agreed-upon pricing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.

  • We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and offer both domestic and international shipping options.

  • Lead time for orders is typically 14- 30 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

  • Skelly Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defective merchandise.

  • Claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the order.
